But when the Wizard of Fraggle Rock shows up, who looks an awful lot like Wembley, the Wizard asks if Wembley would like to trade places. Wembley has a lot of fun with it at first, but when he finds out that the Wizard is being chased by a Poison Cackler, Wembley's stuck in a bind, and must find a way to get rid of him before it's too late.
