After the crew rescue the animal, his owner Don Carlos asks Doctor Dolittle for help. The Doctor provides Romeo with glasses which somehow transform him into the best bull in town and now he must enter the ring in the fiesta, where Scurvy is posing as the matador and has taken the bull's glasses.
