Randy is one of these very targets, who is beginning to suspect Harry's activities and has been set up by Bob and Harry to take the fall for Harry's money-laundering into his own Necro-Rise projects. Brandon and Maria fall apart as Brandon is unable to return Maria's feelings and entrusts her happiness to Big Daddy, who confesses his true admiration towards Maria. Now completely devoted to Millennion and Harry MacDowell, and vowing to never betray, Brandon walks down a path of darkness believing that he is unable to be with Maria, and his own apprentice, Bunji, is assigned to eliminate Randy. Everyone begins to suffer from the death of one of the Family's top members except for Harry.
