Charger Visits the Pups:Rubble's cousin Charger made his way from Builder Cove to have a family visit in Adventure Bay before meeting Ryder and the other pups in the Lookout. After the water runs out from Mayor Humdinger's kitty bath for his kittens, planning to get more water to Foggy Bottom in the sewer and the used geyser causing Mayor Goodway's car stuck on top of Mr. Porter's café and get destroyed.
Pups Save a Shiny Ride: Mayor Humdinger knows he can't win a "Shiniest Ride Contest" and so he sabotages Winnie Winnington in various ways, who must enter the contest as well.
