Shuri falls into a slump and with Setsu reminded about his own worries having returned to his hometown, he feels disinterested in helping her out. That night, Rai tells Setsu about how Kaito used to play soccer, but he retired after suffering a serious knee injury, and his father saw this as an opportunity to get him to study to become a lawyer like his father.
