The village prepares for the annual egg hunt in which the village men travel to the swamps to find Tohda eggs. When Erin realizes that the eggs they find will be treated the same as Lulu, who seems to have forgotten her after having his ear-webs removed, she is upset. Soh-yon asks her if being a bestiary is what she truly wants and decides to take her on the egg hunt.
