Interested, he decides to interview them as there weren't many stories about them.
Snow Demons: Hozuki tours the Eight Colder Hells, who have also had a great degree of independence from the Ten Kings due to it being too cold for demons of the Eight Hotter Hells to work there. The leaders of the Eight Colder Hells are secretly plotting to declare independence from Enma.
