As they near the Silver Tower, they realize it's an orbital elevator connecting to space. They are then attacked by a massive aquatic One-Eyes unit. Meanwhile, Hinata decides to investigate what caused Hiroto to become so antisocial, and connects the timing of his attitude change to the day of the Second Coalition of Volunteers' battle...
