Arcadios notices a discrepancy between her statements and the counsel Hisui received on the Eclipse 2 Plan, which the princess describes as a weapon that fires the gate's accumulated magic energy on the dragons. The group continues to navigate the castle, but the kingdom's army boxes them in. Meanwhile, Rogue expresses his understanding of Gajeel's camaraderie in Fairy Tail and stops fighting. However, Rogue's shadow comes to life and possesses him, and tries killing Gajeel with his shadow magic. Gajeel infuses Rogue's shadow magic into his body, achieving his Iron-Shadow Dragon Mode.
