Working together, Sweetie, Marlya, and Klara use their Fairies to subdue Warlock and his guards as the rest of Dorothea raid the house. Sweetie manages to reach the Black Fairy Tome first, and presumably reads and memorizes it before fleeing. Dorothea recovers the Black Fairy Tome but are unable to apprehend Sweetie. Robert continues his investigation into the malfunctioning artificial fairies. The chief engineer in charge of them, Hanns Efmed, is arrested under suspicion he is the culprit...
