The Chosen Ones are sucked into the void without their partner Digimon and witness data being completely obliterated, but their Digivices protect them from suffering the same fate. The Perfect Algomon appears, transitions into his Worm Phase, captures the Chosen Ones and explains that Negamon exists to make the Digital World evolve from accumulating and learning with the ancient war being one such disaster...
