There's an irresistible mattress sale that the citizens of Ravenville cannot resist, Maxwell included. Then suddenly, everyone in Ravenville is having horrible nightmares. It appears the town is also suffering from a massive termite problem. A new construction company coincidentally arrives in town and are doing suspiciously good business fixing the damage. Brady finds the link between the mattress sale, the nightmares, the disintegration of Ravenville and the recently arrived construction company. He exposes the culprit and everyone finally gets a good night's sleep.
