Episode Description:
Ice Breaker: Kumiko loses sight in one eye due to glaucoma. Black Jack implants a cornea, and Kumiko starts seeing the donor's last sight; a man reaching towards her. Pinoko thinks the man is a murderer and begins a rescue effort, but it turns out the vision is of the donor's fiancee in his last, desperate attempt to save her.
Pinoko's Plans for Adulthood: Pinoko meets Tinq, a boy her age, and tried to have an adult relationship with him, much to Sharak's horror. Tinq has a strange condition, though; his organs are reversed, and Black Jack with Pinoko's help undertakes an operation to save his life. It turns Pinoko has been trying to make the Doctor jealous, as he is the one she truly loves.
