Bad Girl First-year student Yuu Yuutani has always been a quiet, rule-abiding girl who admires her upperclassman, Public Decency Officer Atori Mizutori. Hoping to catch Atori’s eye, Yuu decides to act like a delinquent—dyeing her hair red, wearing fake piercings, and modifying her shoes. However, even with help from her troublemaking friend Suzu Suzukaze, Yuu’s attempts at rebellion keep failing. Still, she befriends Atori and vows to spend more time with her—unaware that others, including the school’s self-proclaimed idol Rura Ruriha, also seek Atori’s attention. Suddenly, Yuu’s once-invisible life is anything but quiet.
