Suddenly, a mutant demon manifested by a desperate car salesman appears and throws cars all over the suburb. When the demon is about to devour one of the boys and the elderly man, Keiji intervenes and fights the demon until he kills it with his Kokekokko Attack. After discovering the demon does not bear the neck tattoo of the one who killed his sister, Keiji helps the elderly man and the boys clean up the neighborhood before leaving to continue his quest for revenge. Elsewhere, a transvestite demon terrorizes a city before he is defeated by an armed hen named Elizabeth.
