In an act of mercy, Gammamon Digivolves into BetelGammamon and uses his powers to reverse the effects of Clockmon's attacks on him, saving his life. After the battle, Clockmon reforms, apologizes to the children for the trouble he caused, and decides to stay with Bokomon and Bakumon at the library to learn to control his powers.
