Later, Joy takes Ryo to the run-down, Bar Jonathan, and he discovers that it was where the king met Miki's mother, Sato, six years ago. Having now connected the king, Sato and Miki, Joy decides to return home and gives Miki the locket containing strands of the late king's hair. She promises to return some time in the future when both of them have forgotten the former loves of their lives.
